About this role
Role Overview
Maximise B2B sales using knowledge of IKEA range, local market and customers.
Support the efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system.
Plan and initiate proactive sales outreach to attract new business clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.
Manage and assign incoming enquiries and project leads.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Follow through and coordinate the full sales process from quotation to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement commercial activations.
Analyse market trends, sales data, and customer insights to identify gaps.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate reporting.
Requirements
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Thai.
Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications with IKEA identity.
Good analytical and numerical skills, presentation and negotiation skills and decision-maker with good problem-solving experience.
Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to making the most efficient use of resources available.
Creative, commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Self-starting, self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Possesses their own car and holds a valid driver’s license.
