Identify root causes of customer issues and opportunities and deliver compelling stories to drive action to address
Steer the local CL team, managing CL Advisors to develop personally and professionally and partner with their assigned accounts
Run the identification of category / customer business opportunities, develops concrete recommendations, and supports customer business teams in execution
Establish team customer category priorities that are consistent with goals and objectives as defined by the customer and Kraft Heinz
Develop impactful customer-specific category development recommendations in support of key business building initiatives
Expert in using multiple inputs including syndicated data, shopper card and household panel data that support compelling stories that spur business recommendations
Able to educate, apply, and advise on category management best practices
Category Leadership representative in strategic customer meetings and interaction, e.g., JVP meetings
Requirements
Strong syndicated, shopper, and panel data knowledge
Strong visual storytelling capabilities
Strong mentor and people development skills
Strong industry / sales knowledge with emphasis on category and space management
Solid organization, project management and planning skills with the ability to execute with minimal direction
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent interaction outside of Kraft Heinz
