Play a central role in Sales and Marketing and be responsible for planning, executing and analyzing campaigns
Aim to generate leads, retain customers and increase revenue through targeted initiatives
Plan and execute campaigns
Create handouts based on provided materials and target audience profiles for the respective vertical
Orchestrate cold-calling channels such as telemarketing, Salesforce BDR, in-house outbound activities and other relevant channels
Oversee and coordinate the Salesforce BDR organization
Maintain and manage relevant tools such as calendars, lead lists and CRM systems
Identify tender and procurement platforms and evaluate relevant opportunities
Handle pre-event communication for trade shows and schedule meetings with potential customers
Follow up on trade show leads and hand them over to the Sales team in a structured way
Requirements
Experience in planning, implementing and managing marketing and sales campaigns
Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting and cross-channel campaign mechanics
Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with strong data affinity and routine working with KPIs
Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management, particularly in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, BDR teams and external service providers
Analytical skills to evaluate and continuously optimize campaign performance
Process-oriented with an interest in continuously improving marketing and sales workflows
High degree of autonomy, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented working style in a dynamic environment
