About this role
Role Overview
Support the Singapore HR Manager in providing day-to-day HR assistance to employees in Singapore.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration, including employee records management.
Respond to employee queries and support the coordination of HR processes, documentation, and activities in compliance with local policies and procedures.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of HR, Asia Pacific.
Manage calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions.
Assist with organizing HR events, team meetings, workshops, and regional engagements.
Support HR projects and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions and locations.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes and team support.
Requirements
Recent university graduate, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong service mindset.
