Lead the full product lifecycle, from opportunity discovery through delivery and continuous iteration, ensuring the team builds the right product for the right audience and that it achieves the expected impact.
Define and evolve the product application vision, ensuring clarity, usability and alignment with business objectives;
Own the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, impact and technical dependencies;
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user experiences, in partnership with UX and engineering;
Orchestrate front-end integration with calculation services and business rules via APIs, ensuring consistency and reliability of the experience;
Work closely with engineering, UX, data and commercial stakeholders;
Run validation cycles, controlled tests and gradual releases, starting with limited audiences;
Define and monitor usage, efficiency and experience quality metrics;
Ensure standards for experience, performance, security and product governance;
Communicate product progress, risks and milestones clearly to leadership;
Deeply investigate user problems and needs through research, interviews and data analysis to identify high-value opportunities;
Build and communicate a clear product vision, cohesive strategy and prioritized roadmap that align stakeholders, senior leadership and the development team around common objectives;
Collaborate closely with other areas to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in an agile manner, removing impediments and maintaining focus on value;
Define success metrics, analyze delivery impact and use learnings to guide continuous product evolution, optimizing user experience and business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role for digital products
Experience with front-end development integrated with APIs/microservices
Ability to structure products in complex and regulated environments
Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between technical and business teams
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Business, Technology, Data or Strategy
Certifications in Product Management, Agile Methods or UX (CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, etc.)
Differentiators: Experience with B2B platforms or commercial systems
Experience with products that have complex business rules
Experience with UX for internal tools or decision products
Experience in large-scale corporate environments
Experience with pricing tests (A/B testing): having run experiments to validate different price ranges or models.
