Operations Review Specialist

Role Overview

• Assists management with analyzing and developing improved managerial policies, practices, methods, procedures, and organizational structures
• Manages, plans, and organizes the administration of the division’s property management activities
• Provides liaison support between the division and other Department offices regarding IT equipment and system user support
• Assists management in the evaluation of work measurement studies, operational audits, and other property management elements
• Formulates recommendations to solve issues and prepares report findings
• Administers core systems (LEIDS Accounts, Agenda 2.0, MFA/SSO platforms, AMS, etc.)

Requirements

• Applicants accepted only from Department of Health employees
• Ability to manage periodic interruptions
• Ability to perform duties within a confined workspace
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of the department’s technology and hardware uses
• Critical evaluation of information from multiple sources
• Organizational skills to summarize and compartmentalize high-level information
