Provides advice and valuable financial solutions to Business Banking clients and prospects
Serves as the primary point of contact/trusted advisor and acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships
Collaborates with teammates and facilitates client relationships with Product Specialists
Identifies cross-selling opportunities and increases overall client satisfaction
Coaches and mentors peers
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector
Experience managing an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $20-$50 million
Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
