Role Overview
Provide a wide range of HR advice and solutions
Collaborate with teams on new approaches and initiatives
Offer consultative support to managers and employees
Document and maintain data on HR programs

Participate in quarterly risk management reviews and ensure compliance
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position
Strong knowledge of Quebec labour laws (CNESST, pay equity)
Experience managing francization processes with the OQLF (Office québécois de la langue française)
Designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or membership in the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) or the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) is an asset
