Role Overview
- Provide a wide range of HR advice and solutions
- Collaborate with teams on new approaches and initiatives
- Offer consultative support to managers and employees
- Document and maintain data on HR programs
- Manage workplace investigations and employee absences
- Participate in quarterly risk management reviews and ensure compliance
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of Quebec labour laws (CNESST, pay equity)
- Experience managing francization processes with the OQLF (Office québécois de la langue française)
- Designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or membership in the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) or the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) is an asset
- Excellent command of French and English
