Role Overview
Partner with C-level executives and their leadership teams across Product & Tech and Content
Lead performance management, talent and succession planning
Support managers in building high-performing teams
Identify talent gaps and drive actions to build robust succession pipelines
Drive workforce planning and support change management initiatives
Collaborate with leaders on specialized initiatives
Use business acumen and data to diagnose organizational issues
Seamlessly shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution
Requirements
5+ years of relevant HR experience
At least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
Proven track record in key HR disciplines
Strong grasp of business mechanics
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
