Design, validate, and manage enterprise-level selection and development assessments
Conduct job, skill, and competency analyses and apply advanced statistical methods to deliver modern, engaging, and business-aligned solutions
Provide guidance and support to team members, contribute expertise to shared projects, and help connect resources to ensure high-quality outcomes
Plan and manage assessment programs and project timelines, oversee vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful delivery
Partner with business and HR leaders to shape talent initiatives and assessment priorities
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that support informed decisions and measurable business outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners, providing guidance on selection, assessment, measurement, evaluation, leadership, change management, and metrics
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Applied Psychology or related field (preferred)
5+ years’ work experience in the areas of selection and assessment, organizational development, and change management (preferred)
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job (minimum)
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a doctoral program in a field related to the job (preferred)
No previous leadership experience (minimum and preferred)
