Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Min 3 years’ related experience required
Veterinary/medical or lab experience preferred
Experience or training in customer service is desired
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to train customers on use of technical equipment
Self-starter who takes initiative
Technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems
English and Korean communication skills, both written and verbal
