Role Overview
- Warmly welcome customers, both in-branch and over the phone
- Engage with customers to uncover and understand their needs
- Offer personalized solutions that meet customer needs
- Proactively reach out to customers over the phone
- Ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate
- Identify and support vulnerable customers
- Understand and adhere to policies, standards, and controls
Requirements
- Previous experience of interacting with customers
- Experience in person or over the phone is acceptable
- Experience can be from retail, food & beverage, guest services, or health/care sector
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond
- Ability to work well alongside others with a ‘one-team’ mindset
- Ability to react fast when the day gets busy
- Excellent time management skills
- Desire and ability to grow, adapt and change
