Translating user needs into refined design solutions and user flows using wireframes and interactive prototypes that drive engagement, habit formation and perceived value.
Collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams and work closely with the internal Product Design team, the Head of Product Experience, product managers and engineering teams and create a strong alignment despite distributed setup.
Keeping the bigger picture in mind, whilst also paying attention to detail, striving for consistency across all applications, using best practices.
Responsibility for the visual appearance of all our digital products and further develop their design with a focus on intuitive user experience.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Product Design.
Familiarity with cross-functional ways of working, rapid prototyping and developing solutions.
Confidence in leveraging emerging AI-driven workflows to enhance product development and outcomes.
Fluency in English and communication with a high level of clarity and precision, ensuring your ideas are always easy to understand, also in a remote setup.
Ability to prepare and communicate your ideas clearly to different stakeholders in the appropriate format.
Experience with common tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Google Suite, AI Tools, Adobe Suite, Notion and Slack.
Knowledge of front-end, web and app technologies is a plus.
