Perform a variety of secretarial duties, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing, and language editing of informational documents across departments.
Perform various administrative tasks related to internal operations (sales follow-up, dashboards, expense report monitoring, inventory and asset management, performance evaluations, etc.).
Support the manager in managing and following up on their calendar, calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare for and attend various meetings, including management committee meetings; take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
Assist with logistical organization of events (team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel arrangements, public relations activities, etc.).
Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and monitor budget performance throughout the year (analysis and justification of variances).
Requirements
College-level diploma (Attestation of Collegial Studies)
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Proficiency in French is required
