Serve as a key member of the Legal Team, proactively supporting legal initiatives and stepping in as needed to assist with task execution and problem-solving.
Support compliance with corporate policies, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, including staying current on healthcare technology industry standards.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional legal requests with internal teams including Finance, People, Operations, Product, and Sales
Support corporate governance, entity management, intellectual property administration, including maintenance of corporate records, assistance with entity lifecycle and compliance matters, and tracking and organization of the Company's intellectual property portfolio
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, summaries, and tracking materials on corporate, regulatory and compliance-related matters to support legal analysis and decision-making
Prepare, organize, manage, and track commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, renewals, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with maintaining legal templates, standard forms, and internal guidance materials to support efficiency and consistency
Coordinate with outside counsel, registered agents, and other service providers on corporate, compliance, and transactional matters as directed
Maintain and support legal systems and trackers, including contract repositories, entity management tools, and compliance calendars
Perform additional legal and administrative duties as assigned by the legal team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong preference for experience in a corporate legal environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools
Demonstrated experience supporting corporate governance, contract management, and compliance-related matters
Ability to manage multiple tasks, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
Experience with contract management or legal operations software is a plus
Candidate must reside in Dallas or within a commutable distance from our Dallas office, as this is not a remote role.
