About this role
Role Overview
Serve as escalation point for sales leaders and payees; triage and resolve complex issues with Operations, Governance, and Systems
Communicate plan rules, payout timelines, statement details, and process changes in clear and timely fashion
Deliver training and enablement sessions; maintain FAQs and communications calendar
Gather field feedback; identify pain points and propose process/policy improvements
Provide insights to leadership on trends in disputes, exceptions, and comprehension gaps
Requirements
5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or field enablement/partnership
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance field advocacy with governance and policy adherence
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
