About this role
Role Overview
Manage and moderate the brand's communities and social profiles (comments, direct messages, and interactions)
Identify opportunities for real-time engagement (trends, conversations, and hot topics)
Collaborate with creative and planning teams to develop and adapt content
Monitor brand mentions and act on crisis management when necessary
Support actions with creators/influencers in interactions and social activations
Ensure consistency in the brand's tone of voice and guidelines
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Previous experience as a Community Manager with a focus on working with advertising or communications agencies
Agility to operate in real time and handle multiple demands
Analytical ability to turn interactions into insights
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration/tax ID) and be available to start immediately on a freelance project for up to 6 months
