Role Overview

• Develop the brands' visibility and image through a strong social media strategy
• Manage the social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Conceive and propose distinctive content concepts
• Create content that captures attention within the first seconds
• Adapt each piece of content to the brand’s image and positioning
• Monitor trends and leverage them intelligently
• Maintain strong coherence between aesthetics, messaging, and branding
• Publish regularly and strategically
• Analyze performance and continuously adjust
• Participate in content shoots with practical framing and camera skills
• Manage and coordinate video editors and other creative providers
• Organize content production in a smooth and structured way

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their conventions
• Ability to create attention-grabbing content
• Practical skills in framing / video capture
• Experience or strong aptitude in managing editors and coordinating productions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, quality, and performance
• Comfortable sourcing and activating partnerships
