Role Overview
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to UK-based beauty businesses (salons, clinics, retailers).
- Identify and qualify leads within the beauty/hair/wellness space.
- Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Track outreach performance and optimise conversion rates.
Requirements
- Must be UK-based with strong understanding of the local beauty/wellness market.
- 3+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
- Proven experience selling into beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness industries (essential).
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience engaging with salon owners, spa managers, or retail buyers is highly desirable.
