Provide staff‑augmentation support to the bank, working under the direction of client leadership to support business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations and ongoing enhancements
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, defect remediation, regulatory changes, and process improvements
Produce and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and traceability artifacts
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented
Support impact analysis for proposed changes, enhancements, and releases within the banking environment
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development
Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML)
An understanding of appropriate application programming languages
A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience
