Advise our clients on the implementation and further development of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
Analyze and optimize existing sales and service processes.
Design, configure and implement SAP cloud solutions.
Conduct workshops, trainings and user sessions with end users and key users.
Support the sales team in presales activities and fit-to-standard assessments.
Work closely with our delivery teams in Europe, the Americas and India.

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
Solid process understanding in sales, customer service or field service.
Experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and integration into existing system landscapes.
Practical experience in change management as part of SAP CX projects.
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for new technologies and a collaborative team spirit.
Very good German and English skills.
