Your mission: ensure the product's compliance, support the commercial teams with our clients, and represent the legal/business perspective in our content and communications.
You will work closely with the Jobexit Product Manager and with Tech, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Legal teams.
Product expertise (30%): legal monitoring, tool configuration and ensuring Jobexit's compliance.
Sales & Customer (50%): lead complex pre-sales demos, onboard new clients and provide expert business/legal support.
Marketing (20%): deliver webinars, write expert content and manage the editorial line.

You hold a Master's degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Social Law / Labor & Employment Law.
You have at least 5 years' experience in social law (law firm, in-house, consulting firm, software publisher, payroll/HRIS, etc.).
You are comfortable with digital tools and eager to work closely with Product and Tech teams.
You enjoy formalizing, structuring, documenting and testing to secure a product and its users.
You are confident speaking in meetings, in webinars and in front of HR professionals, legal teams or lawyers.
You have a strong customer-service mindset, know how to listen to field needs and translate them into concrete recommendations.
