Direct line management of four employees in Account Management
Coaching, performance evaluations, employee development and HR reporting
Regular collaboration with business lines and competence centers to continuously develop the service offering
Strategic account planning and development of clients within the team
Responsible for recruiting, selection and structured onboarding of new employees
Establishing, maintaining and improving processes, structures and guidelines
Designing and implementing advisory models and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
Ensuring sustainable knowledge and competence management
Ensuring compliance with Axians Somnitec AG's internal standards and regulatory requirements
Direct management of a strategic existing client portfolio as the primary point of contact
Budget responsibility and revenue planning for own clients
Strategic account planning and further development of own clients
Ensuring and measuring customer satisfaction
Conducting regular account and steering committee meetings

Several years of senior-level leadership experience in account management
Industry experience in IT (MSP environment)
Completed HF or FH qualification with a business administration or comparable background
Proven expertise in strategic account planning and customer development
Experience in budget planning and revenue responsibility
Leadership experience including recruitment, coaching and staff development
Experience designing advisory and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
Strong focus on quality, processes and structured ways of working
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken

Flexible working hours with a 40-hour workweek and the option for part-time
Up to 5 days per week location-independent work; home office or remote work from within Switzerland possible
Flexibility and willingness to work on-site one day per week by agreement
25 days of vacation per year (27 days from age 40 / 30 days from age 50)
