About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with your Partnering Account Executive to understand target markets, key accounts, and industry segments.
Generate and Qualify Leads: Create high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Outbound Prospecting (80%): Conduct proactive outreach to salons, spas, and MedSpas.
Inbound Lead Conversion (20%): Quickly follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled discovery calls or product demos.
Performance and Metrics: Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per week.
Industry & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Continuous Learning: Participate in team training sessions, weekly 1:1s with your manager, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
1+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus.
Understanding salon/spa/MedSpa operations (consultations, memberships, POS/EMR systems, retail) is ideal.
Sales & Communication Skills: Confident engaging with business owners and skilled at uncovering pain points and presenting solutions.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools for tracking and managing outreach.
Motivated & Organized: Self-starter with excellent time-management skills.
Results-Oriented: A self-motivated hunter who thrives on uncovering new opportunities.
