This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process including understanding business needs and developing and executing a sourcing strategy.
Partnering with senior leaders within the business to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units.
Driving strategic talent initiatives and leveraging data to inform hiring decisions.
Mentoring junior team members to enhance overall recruiting effectiveness.
Conducting intake sessions with hiring managers to understand business needs.
Requirements
Must have significant experience in professional level recruiting, managing end to end sourcing and recruiting processes for niche, experienced advisor programs or similar roles.
Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews.
Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions and provide business partners with market intel and research.
Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise required in competitive markets.
Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in processes and requisition volumes.
