Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and pre-employment follow-up.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, staffing needs, shift details, must-have qualifications, and urgency of open positions.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruiting resources.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, community partnerships, walk-ins, direct outreach, and local recruiting sources.
Screen candidates for job fit, availability, work history, qualifications, and alignment with business needs.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and TA leadership on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, roadblocks, and next steps.
May support additional recruiting needs across the business as assigned, based on department priorities and business needs.
Ensure candidates move through the recruiting process efficiently while maintaining professional and consistent experience.
Follow established recruiting processes, documentation expectations, compliance requirements, and applicant tracking system practices.
Use judgment and critical thinking to resolve recruiting challenges, escalate concerns appropriately, and keep hiring activity moving.
Support hiring events, job fairs, and other high-volume recruiting efforts as needed.
Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity records.
Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback, trends, and opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, or high-volume environments.
