Provides oversight and coordination of client portfolio for high-value client account studies
Consults and utilizes scientific input of laboratory management to manage portfolio deliverables
Collaborates with Business Development and Finance for new opportunities
Ownership of strategic governance meetings

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
8+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Strong client relationship management skills
Advanced project and portfolio coordination capabilities
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial and central laboratory operations
Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to mentor and support project management staff in a matrixed environment
