Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, leaves, and general HR inquiries
Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle changes
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards
Partner with managers on headcount tracking, job requisition approvals, and internal mobility
Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Administer and track leave of absences, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Assist with compliance audits, recordkeeping, and employment law updates across relevant jurisdictions
Contribute to company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources in related field or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or work-related experience
Experience using HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability for judgment, planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices, with a working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour, health and safety)
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or other tools for reporting and data analysis
Ability to manage projects and initiatives from inception to completion
Strong service mindset with a consultative approach to supporting employees and leaders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse team
