Support Senior HR leaders implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy.
Actively contribute to the implementation of HR strategies
Responsible for the day-to-day transactional matters related to recruiting, on-boarding, transfers, relocations, and separations
Support Senior HR leaders on culture and workplace initiatives
Execution of HR processes in conjunction with Directors, HR including performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, recruitment, headcount planning and reporting, and other corporate initiatives
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture‑building activities
Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
8–14 years of progressive experience in HRBP role, preferably from MNC.
Exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions in an enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, compliance, and governance
