About this role
Role Overview
Manage and optimize all lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
Build and execute campaign calendars aligned with promotions and product launches
Continuously test and improve flows and campaigns to drive revenue
Analyze performance across email and SMS (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue contribution)
Identify gaps and opportunities across the lifecycle funnel
Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, offers, and messaging
Drive continuous iteration based on data insights
Write and refine high-converting email and SMS copy aligned with brand voice
Collaborate on messaging angles that increase engagement and sales
Ensure consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints
Audit current Klaviyo and SMS platform (e.g., Postscript) setup and recommend improvements
Leverage existing flows, segments, and creative assets to improve performance
Execute quickly using provided creative, data, and campaign assets
Requirements
Proven experience in email and SMS lifecycle marketing (eCommerce required, DTC preferred)
Hands-on experience with: Klaviyo (required), Postscript or similar SMS platform (required), Shopify or similar eCommerce platform (required)
Strong understanding of retention, LTV, and lifecycle optimization
Experience building and optimizing: Welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, Post-purchase flows and Win-back campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to both strategize and execute (not just manage)
Experience working with DTC / eCommerce brands
Basic design sense or creative direction experience
Comfortable working within Shopify-based ecosystems
Experience collaborating with global/remote teams
Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams
