About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and implement tailored content strategies for chatbots and AI applications, aligned with our clients' needs
- Oversee the entire editorial process from concept to live deployment; act as the primary point of contact for all content-related matters
- Review content for relevance, clarity, and user-friendliness; continuously optimize based on feedback
- Train client editorial teams and support the maintenance of chatbot and AI systems
- Analyze chatbot dialogue performance and derive measures to increase engagement and user satisfaction
- Create guidelines, manuals, and best-practice documents for content and AI work
- Improve chatbots and AI applications through content analysis, targeted prompting, and tuning of LLM parameters
Requirements
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted text generation (e.g., LLMs) and prompting
- Interest in connecting content, technology, and AI development
- Experience or interest in conversational AI, chatbots, or UX writing
- Strong sensitivity to language, copy, and dialogue design
- Logical, systems-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Proactive, flexible, and decisive working style
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
