About this role
Role Overview
- Conceptualize, create and optimize AI-supported content for LinkedIn, website, ads and campaigns
- Develop high-performing prompts and content workflows (text, image, and where applicable video)
- Independently produce LinkedIn Ads creatives (hook, copy, visual logic)
- Build and refine scalable content and performance processes using AI
- Create SEO-optimized landing pages and use cases
- Analyze and interpret content based on performance data (e.g., CTR, engagement)
- Identify and test new AI tools and marketing automations
- Work closely with marketing and company leadership on campaign ideas
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design, AI, Media or a related field
- Demonstrable practical experience in content marketing (e.g., personal projects, working-student role, freelancing)
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway AI or comparable platforms
- Ability to distinguish strong content from average content (especially in a B2B/LinkedIn context)
- Creative instinct for hooks, storytelling and visual communication
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs (CTR, conversion, etc.)
- Structured, independent working style with a high standard of quality
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
