Own day-to-day content strategy and creation for LinkedIn and YouTube, with opportunities to expand into additional platforms over time
Create platform-native content, including short-form video and visuals
Develop a recognizable and consistent brand presence across social channels
Monitor engagement and performance, using insights to refine content direction
Support executive social media strategy and employee advocacy
Create engaging, agile, and high-impact video content across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, short-form clips, behind-the-scenes, storytelling formats)
Partner with the broader Marketing team to execute webinars, consulting on webinar concepts and formats
Develop post-event content strategies that extend the impact of each session well beyond the live moment, including repurposed assets across social, email, blog, and web
Help refine and evolve how the Blackthorn brand shows up through content and media across owned channels
Translate company strategy, product value, and customer insight into clear, compelling narratives
Bring forward creative ideas, content series, and new formats — and test what resonates
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in social media, brand storytelling, or a related role for B2B Saas companies
Exceptional writing, editing, and video production skills, with a portfolio you’re proud of
Experience creating content across formats (written, social, video)
Experience building strategies that balance balancing creativity with data-backed insights
Strong collaboration skills. You’ll work closely with a Sr. Content Marketing Manager and cross-functional partners, and often need to influence without direct authority.
Demonstrated power-user proficiency with AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
