About this role
Role Overview
Own the entire sales cycle — from qualification through consulting and demos to closing.
Handle inbound inquiries in a structured manner with a high standard of quality.
Identify and acquire new customers through targeted outbound activities.
Conduct tailored product presentations and advisory meetings — remotely and at relevant events or trade shows.
Engage in conversations with decision-makers at executive and management levels.
Develop effective sales approaches, call guides, and best practices.
Document activities, insights, and opportunities in the CRM.
Bring market feedback from customer conversations back into the company to refine product and positioning.
Requirements
Enjoy working with people, building trust, and communicating reliably.
Precise written expression, a structured working style, and reliable follow-up on topics.
A combination of closing strength and genuine consultative orientation.
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in complex, explanation-intensive products.
Self-initiative and accountability in a dynamic environment.
Very strong communication skills in German — both written and spoken.
Ideally experience in B2B sales, in a SaaS environment, or an understanding of the architecture, construction, or planning sectors.
