In this consultative sales role, you will be a strategic partner responsible for diagnosing operational friction and prescribing HubSpot-centric solutions that transform a prospect’s disjointed tools into a unified, high-performance revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with prospective clients to audit their existing tech stacks and internal processes, identifying bottlenecks that hinder growth
- Leverage the full HubSpot suite to scope customized operational frameworks that align departments and streamline the customer lifecycle
- Build high-trust relationships with stakeholders by demonstrating how better data hygiene and process automation lead to higher ROI
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their evolving requirements and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with Bluleadz
- Manage and forecast a high-quality pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities, maintaining meticulous records within our own HubSpot CRM
- Effectively forecast sales and close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Stay at the cutting edge of HubSpot’s product roadmap, specifically focusing on how new features can solve real-world business challenges
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HubSpot experience with a proven track record of using the platform to solve operational KPIs and business goals - you've served as a HubSpot admin, not just as a user
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- High energy combined with a powerful work ethic, growth mindset and superior communication skills
- HubSpot agency experience is preferred
- Experience is sales is a plus but is not required
- Experience consulting with CEOs, COOs, and VPs of Sales to discuss high-level business logic and ROI
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred but not required
