You act as the central point of contact between clients, designers, developers and sales
You ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
You hold regular meetings with clients and teams to review project progress and identify and resolve issues early
You create and maintain project documentation and reports
You contribute your own ideas and develop strategies to optimize our project workflows
You plan, coordinate and oversee projects from concept through to delivery

Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the digital or e‑commerce sector
Prior experience working with Shopify
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana or ClickUp
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Independent and structured working style
Strong affinity for (new) digital media and technologies
Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations in a creative, collaborative environment
