Draft compelling web copy, executive announcements, employee messaging, and video scripts for mixternal (internal and external communications); to include interviewing employees and subject matter experts to write copy and engage stakeholders.
Design basic graphics, infographics, and slide decks that align with our corporate brand guidelines.
Capture and edit short-form video content for various campaigns.
With support from department leadership, manage the corporate LinkedIn page and employee advocacy program.
Create content for the news section of the website, including identification of topics, research of material, and creation of published content.
Assist in the development of thought leadership content, including, but not limited to white papers, website articles, and third-party media articles.
Assist in the rollout of corporate-wide change initiatives or other programs, working closely with departments like HR and Operations to effectively package information and communicate key change initiatives.
Maintain and update internal communication platforms (intranet, SharePoint, Teams) to keep employees informed and connected.
Monitor digital engagement and reach on messaging across platforms.
Maintain a library of brand assets (photos, logos, templates) for company-wide use.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a marketing communications role.
Highly skilled in social platforms, proficient in MS office (including PowerPoint), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and website CMS.
Strong writing and editing skills across various formats.
Must be comfortable with technical and scientific subject matter.
Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while working directly with department leadership to manage workload and brand application.
