Research industry trends, XR data and market insights to create compelling thought leadership content, including blogs, industry reports, bylines, executive POVs and campaign narratives.
Write, edit, publish and distribute content across XR’s key channels, including the website, blog, social media, email, sales materials and internal presentations.
Plan how content will be amplified across channels, ensuring each piece is adapted for the right audience, format and objective.
Partner with the UK PR agency to shape proactive storytelling, press narratives, media pitches and commentary opportunities.
Adapt global messaging and positioning into locally relevant content that resonates with regional audiences and supports pipeline growth.
Ensure consistent brand tone, narrative and positioning across all communications.
Adapt content into high-impact PowerPoint slides to support presentations across global commercial and marketing initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity and category trends, using insights to inform content strategy and narrative development.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, brand or communications, ideally within adtech or martech.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong editorial judgement and the ability to simplify complex topics.
Proven ability to own content strategy end to end, from insight and planning through to execution, distribution and optimisation across multiple markets.
A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks, both big and small.
A proactive mindset and a keenness to learn, grow and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to support slide design and presentation writing.
Well-organised with a strong attention to detail, able to support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with different teams, and open to learning how to collaborate across international markets and time zones.
Clear and confident communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
