Senior Analyst – Provider Platform

Role Overview

• Build and refine new-hire ramp models
• Track provider progression over time
• Create clear diagnostics for leaders
• Measure training and LMS impact
• Deliver simple, clinic-level business plan packages
• Partner with Learning & Development to shape training
• Develop and test compensation scenarios

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent work experience
• 2–5 years of relevant experience with success in analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
• Advanced Excel; comfort with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Advanced AI skills
• Remote position with travel required
