About this role

Develop in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to the organization and its subcontractors
Plan and execute compliance audits across multiple locations and partners
Lead and coordinate a team of auditors supporting the audit process
Produce structured audit reports, including findings and actionable recommendations
Ensure effective follow-up on audit outcomes, working closely with partners and internal stakeholders
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of required updates
Establish and continuously improve audit structures, processes, and governance

A background in law is considered a requirement for this role
Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks (relevant degree preferred)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
Proven ability to structure processes, define roadmaps, and manage deadlines effectively
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience building and developing teams across multiple locations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region
Native-level Dutch is mandatory
High level of fluency in English is required
