About this role
Role Overview
- Setup new Users, modify access for existing users and offboard users as required
- Manage user accounts, permissions & access rights
- Maintain firewalls and security policies
- Manage all computers, laptops and equipment
- Act as Data Protection Officer in the Philippines
- Basic remote troubleshooting of Computer hardware, software, network, Connectivity & 3rd party applications
- Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and policies
Requirements
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally in English
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS & network troubleshooting
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar field
- Familiar with VPN Deployment like Open VPN, Pritunl
- Experience with Cloud Computing Microsoft 365, Teams Admin, Azure AD, Exchange Admin
- Competency in Microsoft 365 & Operating Systems
