15+ years of overall experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation
Strong hands-on delivery background
Experience with AI-driven automation solutions
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and AI programs
Strong architectural understanding of automation platforms, AI pipelines, and orchestration layers
Ability to move seamlessly between hands-on problem solving and strategic leadership
Practical exposure to Process Mining and Task Mining tools and methodologies
Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks
Experience in outcome-based delivery modeling
Exposure to regulated or complex enterprise environments
Strong executive communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
