Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on sourcing
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Strong communication and nonverbal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, accurate turnaround environment.
