Partnering with business stakeholders to define assessment criteria and selection strategies
Crafting comprehensive job descriptions
Guiding the recruitment process through candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer stages
Managing candidate engagement through effective strategies and communications
Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders and the Early Career programme team
Analyzing recruitment metrics and delivering regular performance reports to senior management

At least 12+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
Substantial experience in Early Career recruitment, University relations, end to end campus hiring management
Proficiency in working with senior stakeholders
Demonstrating expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency using a range of recruitment technology and sourcing tools
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Attention to detail
Industry knowledge ideally
