Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions, including Distributed Systems Engineers, ML Engineers, Platform/SRE Leads, and Agentic AI specialists.
Calibrate hiring bars with technical interview panels to ensure consistent, high-quality assessment across all roles.
Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering hiring managers and business leaders across four regions
UK, US, Bulgaria, and India
proactively sharing market insights, pipeline health, and hiring risks.
Own and report on all key hiring metrics with full accountability for outcomes.
Requirements
Proven end-to-end technical recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company or product startup
Demonstrable track record closing hard-to-fill engineering roles
SDET, DevOPs, Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, or Distributed Systems
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, niche job boards, and talent intelligence platforms
Experience owning hiring metrics
analysing and acting on them, not just reporting
Excellent stakeholder management; able to push back constructively and manage competing priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to sell a role and company vision to passive, high-demand candidates
