About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end sales responsibility: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads.
Deliver consultative product demos of AccessiWay, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Build and maintain trusted customer relationships with stakeholders in public and private organizations.
Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize sales results and optimize the pipeline.
Use the CRM system to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily sales activities in a structured way.
Monitor trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market to ensure well-informed advice.
Maintain a proactive, curious approach with a willingness to grow and learn to actively contribute to the development of the sales team.
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in sales roles with responsibility for the full sales cycle.
Strong drive, results orientation and resilience.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Independent and organized work style in a dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Native German speaker with very good command of English.
Experience or knowledge of the DACH market is a plus.
