About this role
Role Overview
- Automate internal agency processes using modern AI tools
- Identify inefficient workflows and develop smart solutions
- Design and optimize workflows (e.g., using APIs, no-code/low-code tools)
- Integrate and leverage AI systems (e.g., LLMs, agent workflows, etc.)
- Test and evaluate new tools and technologies (you'll act as our early warning system)
- Develop small internal tools, scripts, or systems
- Work closely with the founders to further develop the agency's structure
- Goal: reduce manual work and replace it with scalable systems
Requirements
- Strong affinity for AI and emerging technologies
- Experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, agent tools, automation platforms, etc.)
- Prompt engineering or building AI workflows
- Technical understanding (APIs, data flows, logical thinking)
- Hands-on mentality: you build things rather than just talk about them
- Independent, structured way of working
- High willingness to learn and curiosity
- Strong proficiency in German and English
- Bonus (not required): experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Experience in e-commerce or agency environments
