Managing and developing existing customers with High Voltage (HV) potential
Expanding and structuring the HV customer portfolio in Germany
Managing offers for HV project tenders, including coordination with stakeholders
Building and maintaining a commercial and technical database required for project offers
Understanding and managing project bidding processes for HV cables
Analyzing and responding to Power Utilities tenders
Reviewing and understanding technical specifications related to HV cable systems
Leading commercial negotiations with customers
Preparing and managing TPA files and DOA documentation
Traveling to meet customers, utilities, and manufacturing facilities as required

Fluent in English and German
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Several years of experience in HV sales, project sales, or power utilities
Strong understanding of HV cable systems and technical specifications (must have)
Experience with bid management and utility tenders (must have)
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel
Strong teamwork skills, results‑oriented and proactive mindset
Decision‑making attitude, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
