About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for business growth by selling solutions across segment customers
Identify and develop a robust pipeline of prospective customers
Conduct market research to uncover value drivers
Actively participate in preparation and execution of sales plans, events and campaigns
Communicate and effectively present Axalta solutions to key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver results
Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce
Requirements
An experienced sales professional with Automotive Refinish background
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience
5 + years of direct-selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Strong business development and prospecting skills
Strong knowledge of collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial business environments
Effective written and oral communication skills
Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills
Competent computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license required
Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
