Identify opportunities across the group to simplify, standardise and digitise business processes through data driven insights, system capability assessments and automation feasibility analysis
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital transformation projects, from opportunity identification through implementation and benefits realisation using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Replace manual, spreadsheet‑driven or email‑based processes with digital platforms, workflows and automated services utilising tools such as low code platforms, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and integration middleware
Quantify and track benefits including cost savings, productivity gains, cycle time reduction and risk reduction supported by digital dashboards, KPIs and performance analytics
Partner with business teams to analyse current‑state (“as‑is”) processes and design future‑state (“to‑be”) digital processes using process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN modelling, process mining, value stream mapping)
Promote automation, low‑code/no‑code solutions, workflow tools and system integration where appropriate including API orchestration, data automation and RPA enabled task automation
Drive adoption of common group platforms and reduce duplication of tools and processes across companies by assessing system architecture, integration points and technical scalability
Act as a trusted partner to divisional leaders and functional teams, translating business problems into practical digital solutions using technical assessments, feasibility studies and solution prototypes
Communicate progress, risks and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders using technical documentation, architecture diagrams and delivery dashboards where needed
Utilise data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide actionable insights including reporting using BI tools and automated data visualisation
Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget through structured delivery frameworks and digital PM tools
